CJL Management started in 1992 providing property management services to the FDIC and other banks. In 1996 we expanded by providing real estate services as well. Over the years we grew primarily focused on rentals before expanding into property management. We are a family-friendly business treating each client whether it be tenant or landlord as if they were part of our family.
Carleen J LeBlanc-Hart
Carleen has owned and operated CJL Management Co., Inc. since 1992. She graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Construction. She has her Unrestricted Construction Supervisor's License as well as her Broker's License. She has been busy raising her three children while maintaining her business.
